"Perfect stay in a beautiful village"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pyrgos Houses and Restauranta, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the host (Niki) was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-appointed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and some beaches. We also appreciated the quiet and serene atmosphere, which made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations in every way. We look forward to returning on our next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to Niki for making our visit so memorable! P.S. Niki is also the owner of Pyrgos Restaurant, located in the village square, where she serves delicious food.

Very friendly owners, great renovated stone houses, quiet and peaceful village. Highly recommended. Also there is a restaurant nearby with great sunset view. Room was clean and tidy.

The house was located in a very silent, peaceful, old village. Avgonima (the village) was located on a hill, with a beautiful view. Especially, the sunset was spectacular. The landlady was very friendly and kind. You can watch the sunset from the terrace of the house. The room was exteremely clean

As it is an old house, the room was small. The shower part was tiny( not for big guys):)

I only have one suggestion since the bedroom is upstairs , in addition to aircondition it would be a good idea to have a ventilator to circulate the cold air.

"Warm and Calm Atmosphere"

Host is very kind and sweet. We loved the atmosphere of the village. It takes approx 30 mins to go to city center but thats okay for Chios because every place is far from each other. Avgonyma is a perfect place to stay to go to every side of Chios. In addition, in our room there is a perfect roof top to see sunset!!

"a fantastic room in a lovely mountain village"

clean, stylish. the rooftop terrace: how cool. 10 steps from restaurants and a short walk from a restaurant with an amazing sunset-viewing terrace (Asteri). The owners were very responsive when i couldn’t get the water in the shower to heat up.

only the lack of hot water which got resolved and there were some cleaning supplies left out in the living room. not a big deal.
