Good stay at convenient place

Was not pleasant experience, so apart from Location, nothing is there in particular which I can say that I liked.

Pathetic cleanliness, dust and dirt was everywhere, No toiletries were given, No proper washroom utilities, Crockeries were also not that clean.

Location. Extremely well located within Koregaon Park. Cafés and essential shops just outside the property. Natural light. The rooms had lot of natural light. The beautiful Gulmohar blossoms from the large windows were succour to the senses. Spacious rooms. We took two rooms. One of them was really spacious. The other was not so large but not so tight either. VFM for location. Kettle wasn’t part of the room. They were kind enough to give when asked for. Of course no tea coffee kit came with it.

Difficult to find. There was no FabHotel branding inside or outside the property. We drove by 2-3 times and missed the property every time. Name confusion. The hotel name is Iris. It has been billed as FabHotel Irish. Adds to confusion when locating for first time. Difficult communication. Any phone call on the listed number goes to the central FabHotel number. Specific queries may not find needed answers on a centralised number. Maintenance. The property needs maintenance and basic upgrade. The bathrooms are old fashioned. A clean set of bucket and mug will also make a huge difference. The paint was peeling off at many places. Essentials. Basics like toilet paper or towel beyond first one were given only when asked for.

When I went to the hotel for check in the manager said there are no rooms available How that was possible, I wonder!! And on previous day when the booking was made I had got a message from the hotel thst it was a tentative booking, snd gor confirmed booking I should pay Rs 700 plus. I did n’t fo it? Why should I when booking. Com has given me a confirmed booking. Finally I had to go to another hotel recommended by the Fabhotel Itidh, which was a good ptt try Perth at reasonable pricing.
