lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Plaża duża, szeroka i piaszczystą. Są miejsca z leżakami jak i miejsca publiczne. Duży i przestronny apartament z dobrze działającą klimą. Restauracje nie daleko (nie licząc tych z plaży). Pan wydający nam klucze przywitał nas butelką Wina :)

Daleko od cenrum, ale to nie problem. Klucze odbiera się w innym miejscu niż obiekt, my byliśmy autem i nie był to dla nas problem.

Location is perfect, Hosts are friendly. Private Parking, but not for an electric vehicle - calculate every day -10kw less because of the cooling.

Photos are not representative, I expected balcony but two-bedroom has none. No balcony thus no place to dry laundries, in the middle of living room. Two room apartment does not have separated rooms, it is like double deck sleeping areas. There is no privacy. No Wifi, also no mobile internet. We have unlimited mobile internet but GSM coverage is only 3g-4g and it is very low. No kettle. Induction cooker was broken. Bathroom and wc together, you need hours for shower after beach. EV charging is either in Livorno of Pisa. In tirrenia /calambrone there is none. Hotel next door is noisy, you can't sleep until 1-2 o'clock. The beach stores their loungechairs on the way of the apartment to the beach. Most italians cant speak English. Best place to shop is Lidl-livorno, but no fresh fruits, no vegetables, no fresh fish.

The apartment's equipment could be better and more modern; a few things are missing. The parking spaces are very small – if you have a large car, be prepared for it to be all beat up.
