Summio Waterpark De Bloemert

Peacfull area in the park, green surroundings and privacy of our accomodation was supreme

Accommodation was ok given the price and as expected, however, cleaning could be done better (spider nets, dust and bathroom). The toilet stinks and the drainage is weak in some places, and will need cleaning and maintenance in the future.

Het huisje was echt heel smerig! We zijn zelf een uur bezig geweest met schoonmaken. Zwarte schimmel op de ramen, overal spinnen en spinnenwebben, het sanitair ranzig onder de haren en de wc stonk mega naar urine. Waarom we dit niet gemeld hebben... Omdat helaas de recensies waar zijn en niks schoon is.

We vonden het huisje heel slecht schoongemaskt. Aan de leuning van de trap naar de bovenverdieping bleef je vastplakken. Ook lampen etc kapot. Magnetroon vloog bijna in fik bij gebruik.

The location was convenient for visiting many of the attractions in the region. It was also a short distance to Zuidlaren for a relaxing day out wandering around the village and enjoying poffertjes or friets in the square.

Poor communication when booking through Booking.com who did not include the request for a pet, Summio emailed & asked if I was travelling with a pet to which I responded yes. Just before I arrived at the premises I received an email - I was driving but had luckily stopped to pick up some supplies - which advised that there were no more pet friendly accommodations available so I had to make alternate arrangements for my dog - at additional cost of course! Had Booking.com passed on the request I would have known the day before and cancelled the booking completely.
