Waikanae Beach Suite Retreat

This apartment is gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, easy parking, everything about it was excellent. And the coffee machine and fancy pods- wow!!! Nice outdoor area, also immaculate.

Nothing!! Really, this place was excellent. I've stayed in many places on this holiday- this was the best.

Great location, quiet, close to the beach, neighbourhood felt safe. We loved the 'little extras' like fruit, muesli bars & wine! We also loved 'Mouse' the cat popping in to see us!

The pillows on the bed were too soft & thin for me, however I saw the nice feather ones that I'd covered over when hanging my clothes on the clothing rack !

Peter and Pauline have created the perfect retreat with exceptional attention to detail and thoughtful touches of fresh fruit and chocolates.

This property should be the exemplar for all others to aim for.

Great location close to the beach and the cycle trails. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Weather didn't play ball!

All the amenities are complete, and the landlord has thoughtfully considered everything for the tenants, giving it a feeling of being home.

The home made muffins and personalised note were lovely!

clean tidy, nice bed, warm, good location, has heaps of space, Its right next to the beach, basic kitchen with coffee, nice and quiet, have fruits and muffins which were very tasty. nice little get away, very friendly owners

Can hear the people on top floor so consious that they can hear us, can hear people walking around and when things drop we get a bit of a fright

Could have used some wardrobe/draw space. TV was a bit of a monster-WE couldn't get it working but to be honest we didn'ttry too hard
