Loch Lomond Sanctuary Lodges

The lodge was beautifully decorated, Had everything we needed and the view of the loch was amazing.

Hot tub was so dirty couldn’t use it. Generally unclean in property . Green slimy furniture outside. Disgusting

The property was spacious enough and the hot tub was good. It was well equipped.

There was a strong smell of dog urine, and dog hair was all over the sofa, rug, and embedded in the carpets. Mud splatters on the doorframe added to the unkempt feel. We were also disappointed that there was no view of the loch as expected. Overall, a disappointing stay that could have been much better with proper cleaning. There was no view of the loch from the lodge and we were unable to get down to the lochside due to a wedding which was being held at the nearby wedding venue having exclusive access. I feel this should have been communicated directly to us prior to our arrival. I have contacted the owners regarding our concerns about the cleanliness of the property but they have informed me that because I didn't complain upon arrival (it was late and all we wanted to do was eat and enjoy the hot tub within the time constraints) they're not willing to offer a refund. £222 plus £25 dog charge for one night is overpriced in my opinion given the poor hygiene of the place.

The location was beautiful. Had a great chilled night for our wedding anniversary.

There was a funny smell like cat wee in the lodge other than that everything was great.
