Fantastic location. Great facilities.

Cosy, well equipped kitchen, hot tub, walking distance to loch and Balloch via duck bay and Cameron house.. loved it

Needed curtains in the bedroom as was very bright in the morning

The directions to the lodge were clear and easy to follow. The reminders and communication leading up to the stay were helpful especially in terms of completing the pre-visit hot tub waiver. It was very easy to access the lodge and didn't need to worry about coordinating with a person, which gave us flexibility. The tea and coffee and light breakfast selection were well-received after a long day of travel. The access to extra towels and shampoo and soap were very useful and appreciated during our stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake and the safe and neighborly feel of the lodge.

We would have felt more comfortable to leave the keys in the lockbox upon departure in case anything were to happen and it wasn't found the way we left it.

The location, cleanliness, and easy check in

The place doesn’t at all look like the pictures. It is less than what it shows. However, we stayed there but you should ask them to send you the real pictures. It is smaller and different colours.

The location and Hot Tub were superb

Lovely cabin off Loch Lomond. Great bed, hot tub and the place was very well located. Nice quiet area but not too far from other facilities.

The postcode given sent us to a private lane on the other side of the main road (maybe its my sat nav?). No milk or sugar left for drinks so we needed a visit to the local Asda.
