Beautiful and Contemporary Cornish townhouse in Penzance

Location was brilliant. Coordination with owner was very good. Apartment was spacious.

No toiletries like body wash, shampoo were available. There was a weird smell in the bathroom which was attached to the bedroom.

Close to the front, the house had everything you could have ever wanted.

Could have done with a couple little seaside/coastal pictures on the walls.

The location in historic, downtown Penzance was perfect for pedestrian exploration of the old, winding streets, the shops, the architecture, and so close to the promenade and port. We hadn't realized that even our tiny rented Fiat could not be parked in front (I may not have read the fine print), but everyone who lives there deals with the narrow, winding lanes and minimal parking. So, it worked fine to drop our things off at the rental, then park down at the free overnight parking a short walk down the hill. My friend and I appreciated the tasteful, comfortable renovations throughout. Heated floors, comfy beds, a nice kitchen, a proper bathtub -- all very good. We did wish there were some herb teas awaiting, and due to the long Easter holiday, we could not find an open grocery shop for a couple of days. But black tea, coffee, milk, and other friendly touches were appreciated by both of us. The list of recommendations on nearby pubs and cafes, etc, was helpful too.

Extremely comfortable beds in every room. Facilities were excellent, everything that you needed was there. Even things I didn’t expect to be in a holiday let ( tea/coffee/milk ) and things they don’t even supply at the various holiday lodges I have stay at ( toilet paper/ hand soap/ cleaning products. Excellently equipped kitchen. Everything was brilliantly clean. Nice little outside spaces, my 19 year old son especially enjoyed having his morning coffee on the upstairs outside terrace. Close to town and the harbour and the train/ bus station. I would definitely recommend this townhouse and will book again myself the next time I go to Penzance .

Fantastic! Simply wonderful. Great location at only two hundred metres from the station and the seafront. The house is fully equipped, very clean and sunny. What else can I say? Just fantastic!!!!
