"Pleasant"

cleanliness and comfortable stay

200 charge extra for cleaning the room again. 10:01 - breakfast over 22:01 - dinner closed zero flexibility but junior staff was cooperative they did the best that they could .... the location is quite far from mall road ,the old manali is also about 20-30 mins walk with no nearby shops for even groceries , lots of traffic due to very narrow roads . accessibility is a huge problem .
