Air conditioning missing. Three levels of stairs but in Liguria is normal don’t have the lift
FIGreat location near train station, sea and grocery store, beautiful area, very good place to stay in a nice village and explore great trails and more crowded villages.

My friend stayed in the attic room which was way too hot even with the fans on and air con. The bed in his room was not a proper bed, so not a proper mattress. Very hard. Please replace with a proper bed!

IENo air conditioning- it is a fan. No beds- they are sofa beds. Hidden charges - €13.00per person for linen on beds. i read the property policies but there is another section entitled “Important Information’- this charge is outlined there- which I doubt anyone reads. We discovered these charges after booking. We tried to cancel. We got a reply on the morning of check in which made no sense. We asked them to clarify - no reply. We went and checked din as we had paid €250 for 2 nights. They never bothered replying. The shower is on steps - two steps going down ( and this is how you exit shower). It is like someone’s home and they exit when they can get an idiot tourist to take it. It is full of their personal belongings. Wifi works well and it is centrally located.
