Close to city center. Two smart tvs. Pool table was good entertainment for teens.

Bedding was poor quality. Flat, thin pillows. Very low tog duvets lead to being cold during the night. Worn out covers which did not feel fresh. The yellow blanket/throw had chewing gum on it & needed washing. Smell of drains was really bad coming from the en-suite through to the bedroom & living area.

Nicely decorated, clean, really enjoyed the snooker, comfortable double bed, overall a good stay in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center. Owner was friendly, responsive and gave recommendations and advice.

There were some stains on the couch and on walls, needs a deeper cleaning. Kitchen cabinets were a little worn out. There was no shower gel or soap but not a big deal.
