Muy céntrico, muy buena ubicación

Fuimos con intenciones de descansar, teníamos que madrugar para coger el ferry y hubo mucha fiesta debajo de casa hasta altas horas de la noche.

El piso está en un inmueble antiguo en reformas, pero es bonito y funcional, hay aera acondicionado un Cama doble, un sofá cama. Ubicación céntrica cerca de piaza Italia, hay un parking muy cerca.

Para un par de noches esta bien, debería cambiar el sofá cama

"Quando la posizione non basta a compensare il resto"

La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima e anche il palazzo non è male

La trascuratezza fa da padrona. Molte cose rotte nella stanza: TV, armadio, pouf e tavola del wc. Lampada del comodino che non si può accendere perché non c è la presa. Portasciugamano del bagno tutto arrugginito. Ma.la cosa peggiore di tutto sono i cuscini dei letti: vecchi cuscini scadenti con imbottitura piena di grumi ... impossibile dormirci sopra. Sotto l appartamento si trovano due locali molto frequentati sino a tarda notte e le voci si rimbombano in tutta la stanza. Il primo giorno ci hanno fatto trovare la stanza lurida, piena di polvere e immondizia, con lenzuola e asciugamani usati e macchiati. Per fortuna il secondo giorno hanno pulito la stanza ma mi sarei aspettato quanto meno una colazione pagata per il disagio provocato ... invece niente.
