Beach City Pearls Apartments

What a fantastic location. Ignore the Google street walk, inside the property was terrific. Our host was so helpful and went out of her way to accomodate our needs. From the apartment it's just 2 minutes to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the cities main attractions. There are a number of restaraunt options nearby and two supermarkets.

Nothing it was perfect

The host was friendly and really helpful, and the studio room was lovely—in a beautiful old building, but very modern inside, with tasteful decorations. The kitchen area had helpful bonus items such as a sandwich press/toaster.

We stayed at Beach City Pearls Apartments for our honeymoon and couldn't have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome, largely thanks to the wonderful owner. She was so kind and thoughtful, always available if we needed anything, and full of great tips on where to go, what to see, and especially where to eat in Split. Her warmth made our stay feel extra special, and it's hard to put into words just how lovely she was. The apartment itself was great, clean, comfortable, and equipped with strong AC (which we really appreciated during the warm days). While we mostly used the room to sleep, since we spent most of our time exploring the mountains, beaches, and the old town, it was exactly what we needed. One thing we originally looked for when booking was a private balcony or terrace, but this place had a beautiful shared garden that honestly turned out even better. It had multiple tables, so we always had a quiet spot to relax together in the evenings or between activities. Location-wise, it’s also ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the Split promenade. It’s close to a train line, but since the apartment is set higher up on a hill, we didn’t hear a thing, only the occasional boat in the harbor, which added to the charm of the area. If you're considering a stay in Split, we can't recommend this place enough. And if you have the chance to meet the owner, you're in for a treat.

Location was optimal: 500 meters from harbour/ train and bus stations and 200 meters to a public beach. 600 meters to the marina and old town.
