The bed and bathroom were awesome: spacious and comfy.

Induction stove without induction pots; no salt, no coffee although it’s a B&B; breakfast not included in the price, served at extra charge; check-in/check out hours are not reasonable but the stuff allowed us to check out later so no problem with that.

"The apartment is cozy, easily accessible in the center of a lovely Umbrian town."

I liked the accessibility of the place and easy way to check in even without the host's presence. Everything was explained with details and I didn't have any trouble in getting in.

The host didn't want to make an invoice for my business despite it's required by Italian law. We discussed a lot this issue after all I was not accommodated by host.
