Retard de la personne qui devait fournir les clés alors que nous avons prévenu 40 min avant notre arrivée Pas d’eau dans le logement et personne ne nous a prévenu ni pour les toilette ni pour les douche ni dans la cuisine ( arriver avec 4 enfants et ne pas trouver d’eau courante …) Cuisine très sale
