"Do not recommend, the description says no construction but the entire beach is under construction."

The apartment was adequate but the bedrooms are so small you have to turn sideways to walk between the beds and the wall.

The property owner was a nightmare to deal with, she harassed us for weeks to get 90 RON, about $18, for a city tax, creating problems every step of the way when we tried to pay her, even threatening to file a complaint with the police. The property description says it's beachfront, but it's not. It's a 15-20 minute walk the nearest beach.
