Modern 1-Bed Apartment Sleeps 4 Birmingham

Location was great for the Utilita Arena. 10-15 minute walk. Nice complex in a very convenient area.

Only issue was it was way too warm. As the apartment is on the ground floor and the only opening window is on the street, we had to keep the window shut. It was really a really warm night so quite uncomfortable. There was one fan which we put between the 2 rooms but it was not enough for both rooms. Also the bedside lamps only had USB plugs so not able to plug them in.

Lovely apartment was clean and in a great location When we got to the apartment it was very hot we contacted the host and she came and drop of a fan which was amazing! I was communicating with her host before our stay and she was brilliant at replying I would defo stay again

There was 4 of us staying in this apartment only down full was the sofa bed being small I would say it would fit 3 comfortably other than that it was lovely

Gaining access was a complete nightmare and the woman I spoke to was rude and extremely unprofessional. Wanted more upon arrival, even though I had a email stating that I had paid full.

It had everything you’d need

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Great communication from the owner.

Nothing to dislike

It was extremely Clean, had everything we needed, pillows were beautiful and so many, everything comfortable. Parking on Pope Street was easy when we arrived, not so much late at night after our concert, but did finally manage to find a park.

Well nothing that could be changed easy, the hole in the wall from the kitchen to the bedroom and that only affected me as my husband snores, but Alexa playing wave sounds, earplugs and a magnesium tablet helped lol

Clean, safe, quiet. Good location for the Jewellery Quarter. 30 mins walk to the centre.
