The actual accommodation was very different from the photos shown on the platform, which was quite disappointing. Overall cleanliness was poor: there were spider webs in the corners of the floor, visible dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, and many stains in the shower area. The stool also had unexplained stains. The entrance area was cluttered with various items, making it inconvenient to enter and leaving a bad first impression. One of the beds was broken, and the missing parts were simply piled up at the doorway, which raised concerns about safety and usability. In addition, one of the toilets was not functioning properly, and the shower gel provided appeared to be leftover from previous guests. The Wi-Fi password provided did not work. Overall, the accommodation needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, facility maintenance, and overall guest experience, as it did not meet expectations.
