Sitio tranquilo, agradable y confortable. Sin duda un sitio recomendado para pasar varios días. Cocina totalmente equipada, habitaciones cómodas y grandes, baños individuales. Anfitriones muy amables y majos. Sin duda para repetir!

Casa accogliente e pulitissima, camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzino. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura nei dettagli (dolci tipici sul tavolino e altro per la colazione, in bagno bagnoschiuma, detergenti e sapone in kit monouso). Molto disponibile il proprietario che su richiesta ci ha fatto trovare una culla per il nostro bimbo.

Appartamento nuovo, grande, comodo ed accogliente in posizione tranquilla, strategica e panoramica. Ci si sente come a casa! Gentilezza, cortesia, discrezione e disponibilità del proprietario sig. Giovanni. Da provare!

Casa molto bella, pulita e confortevole. Propietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Il tutto è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Posizione ottima per visitare varie località dell’Abruzzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sicuramente il miglior B&B che abbia mai visto. Casa di nuovissima costruzione, finemente arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima, immersa nel verde con una vista mozzafiato ma allo stesso vicinissima al centro di Sulmona. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Che dire, super consigliato!

Our hosts were waiting for us outside on arrival, new modern and spacious apartment, large kitchen living room and bedroom, great food and drink treats in the kitchen, convenient off street parking right next to the appartment, Sulmona 3mins drive away.

Giovanni is a superb host. He supplied us with great groceries, a bunch of toiletries, and also granted the tourist tax on the house. He is friendly and always willing to help. A direct dialogue is somewhat uphill, but using smart phone-based translations, all communication works satisfactory. We could check-in already at 2 pm and Giovanni, together with his father-in-law, guided us through the appartment. The appartment is awesome: it's beautiful, well-equipped, exellently cleaned and maintained. We have rented many accomodations through booking.com, but this appartment is without any doubt among the finest. As a potential improvement, though, we could mention introducing a dishwasher. The location is not completely optimal. The road is nearby and gives some noise as, apparently many drivers ignore the speed limit of 50 km/h. This was not a big issue, though, as we were mostly on the move throughout the day. On the other hand, the location has clear advantages. The surroundings offer a plethora of great hiking opportunities in a fantastic scenery. Mountains, forests, an ocean of flowers and many well-marked trails contributed to a great holliday. Furthermore, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby. In conclusion, we strongly recommend the appartment for an awesome stay in a great area.
