Penthouse Olhão with terrace

Quality of facilities, view and helpfulness of hosts. Jean arranged for me to be met at the apartment by Adriana despite my being delayed by an hour at airport. The apartment is 10-15 minutes from the old town, an interesting walk through downtown Olhao. It is spacious and very well equipped. The terrace was a delight - I had fine weather - private with a wonderful view of the town which reminded me that it is not only Lisbon that should be called The White City. I would defintely stay there again if it continues to be available.

There was nothing to complain of, and the barking dogs are a feature of most Portuguese towns because they are neglected.

So very clean and comfortable. It's one of the best apartments we've been in. Such a comfortable bed and well equipped apartment. We arrived late and dropped off in the wrong street, but the owner and his friend found us and settled us in. Response from owner very very good

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen (Altstadt, Hafen oder Bahnhof 10-15min zu Fuss). Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, auf der Terrasse hat man schön seine Privatsphäre! JP und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Check-In/Ckeck-Out waren sehr einfach und die Kommunikation exzellent! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Amazing apartment, clean, comfortable. The terrace was a great addition. 10 mins walk into main olhao. We were met at the apartment with the keys, also the fridge was stocked with local beer, wine and Coke Zero ( which was amazing after full day of travel). If you’re looking for a place in olhao I would 100% recommend here. Excellent communication. Any questions were answered quickly.

The apartment was very roomy, comfortable, all you needed was there. Extras were supplied, by the very helpful owner. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again. The terrace was amazing.

Everything was reaĺly good, if there was one thing, we would have liked to be a little nearer the shops. That said, it was not thst far away, and the daily walks did us good.

L'appartement est top avec accès facile du centre et du port à pied. La terrasse est grande. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible.

Problème de climatisation dans la chambre parentale qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Le propriétaire a fait intervenir un dépanneur très rapidement... il faut à mon avis vérifier la pression du gaz avec des outils. Mais nous avons compensé avec la clim du salon.

Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon, perfecte centrale ligging aan de rand van het centrum. Accommodatie is overcompleet uitgerust. Het ontbreekt negens aan. De accommodatie in Olhão is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. 10 minuten loopafstand naar de zee en 15 minuten naar de veerboten richting de diverse stranden. Diverse restaurants, bakkers en supermarkten om de hoek.

Moi et ma mère sommes restés 7 nuits. L’appartement est très agréable, spacieux et bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel, mais à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville plus touristique. Olhão est une très jolie ville et c’est aussi un bon endroit pour rayonner aux alentours (Tavira, l’île de Culatra) même sans automobile. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et serviables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle terrasse, le matin comme le soir (et le chant des oiseaux au coucher du soleil), les grandes chambres avec des lits confortables et des stores bien opaques. La cuisine est agréable à utiliser, nous étions bien tristes de partir.

Quelques articles supplémentaires de cuisine auraient été les bienvenus. L’éclairage est un peu cru dans le salon, mais rien de trop dérangeant.
