Everything is fine. Breakfast options can cherry on cake.
INComplete lack of cleanliness - floors, room, beds... Raeez and team get the property back to track.
INNot worthy for Theirs price
INThe location is impeccable with everything in vicinity. There’s a 24x7 store for your emergency snacking needs in the hotel itself. It also boasts of a 24x7 cafe as well along with a restaurant. The view from the rooms is also very serene. The staff is very professional and accommodating, they even allowed us an early checkin. Would highly recommend.
A little bit of ants here and there but manageable.
INGood room, good stay! The staff and manager was too co operative. Everything is near by. Good location

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Mountain View by Farstay in Wayanad during my two-day stay. On the second day, we ordered a vegetarian paneer dish for dinner, as we are strictly vegetarian. However, to our shock, the dish was served with chicken. The paneer was delivered in just 3-4 minutes, and it seemed as though they had reused the same gravy from a chicken dish. Despite clearly informing the staff that we are pure vegetarians, they failed to address our concerns appropriately. We had two small children with us and, as we could not eat the food provided, we had to buy dosa from outside. When we asked to eat the outside food inside the restaurant, they denied our request. However, when we raised the issue about the chicken being mixed in our vegetarian dish, the staff confirmed it was chicken and apologized. We then requested compensation, which was ignored, and we were left feeling insulted. The situation worsened the next morning when we approached the helpdesk, hungry and with two small children, to resolve the issue. The manager, Tejo, was eating breakfast peacefully while we waited. When we tried to speak to him, he raised his voice and called security, blaming us for bringing outside food. We attempted to contact the owners, but they were dismissive and threatened us with police involvement. Despite our efforts to calmly explain our situation and request an apology, we were met with rudeness and indifference. Eventually, they offered a meager compensation of 5000 INR. This incident deeply hurt our religious sentiments, as we have been strict vegetarians for years and have always been cautious about where we eat. The actions of the staff, including the lack of separate utensils for vegetarian cooking, violated our trust and beliefs.
