The apartment is big, modern. New building. Customer service is responsive

There is mold in the bathroom. 1 hour before our check in, suddenly the customer service informed us there is construction upstairs which would make noise from 9am - 17pm, it came as a shock as this is not ideal for a workation which we planned to work all day in the room. Usually the accommodation should write down this information on the description and offer option to cancel due to this reason, but we only received this info 1 hr before check in. We booked 5 nights. The first morning they started very loud drilling at 8 am, I woke up and wrote the customer service, and got the reply implying that I was lying, after provided more detail, customer service said they will talk to the construction site. Weekend was fine, but on Monday the work started again at 8am. The electric fuse went off three times during our stay, the last time we were away the whole day, and came back disappointed as our foods in the fridge were partially spoiled. Again the customer service just replied “did you leave something charging”. After explaining we did not leave anything charging, they replied they will send someone to check the next day. The next day was our checkout day, we didn’t receive any further news or any form of apology.

Appartement was o.i. kaal en kil. Voelde ook smoezelig aan. Lekkende douchecabine. Geen toiletrolhouder. Geen ophanghaakjes. Gordijn deels van de rails/haakjes. Geen balkon; wel in beschrijving

Geräumiges Apartment, zentrale Lage und Garagenparkplatz !

Die zentrale Lage bedingt natürlich auch Verkehrslärm

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß, außerdem hatte es auch einen Balkon was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch Ausflugs- und Essens Empfehlungen gegeben. Wenn sie vorbei kommen besuchen sie aufjedenfall das Cafe Il Chioso um die Ecke, die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und man fühlt sich fast heimisch dort. Aufjedenfall eine gute Alternative zu einem Hotel, vor allem wenn man eine Waschmaschine und Küche möchte um etwas unabhängiger zu sein. Großer Vorteil ist auch die Garage denn hier in der Stadt kann es schwierig sein einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

In die Stadt ist man in etwa 15 Minuten gelaufen, zurück geht es aber bergauf was in der Hitze anstrengend sein kann, aber auch hier gibt es eine Lösung am besten einfach den Bus nach oben nehmen.

Instrukcje dotyczące dojazdu oraz odbioru kluczy były bardzo jasno wyjaśnione. Kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną był bardzo dobry — dostałam wszystkie potrzebne informacje. Do samego centrum chodziliśmy pieszo, a darmowy parking przy apartamencie bardzo ułatwiał nam pobyt. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem, więc dużym udogodnieniem była również winda. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny z balkonem. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Niestety jest dość dużo komarów, więc polecam zabrać ze sobą coś na komary. Jeżeli podróżujecie z dzieckiem to bardzo polecam ten apartament ! :)

Es difícil seleccionar lo más positivo de nuestra estancia en Etna Suite Design Apartaments, pero como sabemos que al propietario lo que más le importa son las reseñas, aquí tiene su 10 y vamos hacer un esfuerzo para explicarlo detenidamente. En primer lugar el apartamento se encuentra en un barrio encantador, muy animado y muy limpio (no se ve ni una pizca de basura en la calle). Está estratégicamente situado, tan solo a 2 kilómetros de la plaza de la catedral, lo que convierte cualquier incursión al centro en una amena passeggiata que te ayudará a neutralizar los excesos gastronómicos. El apartamento, en sí mismo, es una obra de arte digna del pintor que le daba nombre: nosotros tuvimos la full experience surrealista Dalí. El apartamento Dalí está fantásticamente equipado con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, e incluso con sorpresas inesperadas. Dispone de una iluminación maravillosa, las luces se apagan de imprevisto para ayudarte a mantenerte alerta, los electrodomésticos emiten un sonido muy agradable que contribuye a la conciliación del sueño, el menaje de la cocina está como nuevo, y hay suficientes enchufes estratégicamente localizados para que puedas cargar tus aparatos electrónicos sin complicaciones. Las vistas de este apartamento son inmejorables, un aislamiento óptimo lo mantiene en silencio mientras no haya ruidos fuera, y el sistema de ventilación es muy adecuado para mantener unos niveles de humedad tropicales muy agradables. El sistema de gestión de residuos también resulta muy ameno. Dispone incluso de friegaplatos y lavadora ornamentales (no había pastillas ni detergente para su uso, por lo que entendemos que deberían pertenecer al apartamento Duchamp). Pero si hay algo que destaca entre las prestaciones del apartamento Dalí, es, sin lugar a dudas, su fauna local.

Simplemente la actitud. Con una disculpa amable habría bastado.

Apartamento correcto, a 18 min del inicio de Via Etnea. Facil entrada y salida de Catania con coche para las excursiones al ETNA y alrededores. Cuenta con parking propio.

La recogida de llaves y entrada al parking se puede complicar si coinciden varias personas al mismo tiempo por se bastante estrecha, pero tampoco es un problema grave.
