Jungle KingDomes Guest House

I like how it's far from the night life since I needed for work and so that I can enjoy the time being surrounded by the trees. It was serene. The cafe has an overlooking deck of the sea and the property. Spent my days working, jogging, and reading. I love how they have 3 books in the room which kept me busy. I was even thinking of asking the staff or owner if I could but the book but decided against it. All in all 10/10

The couple who own the place are lovely people. Very attentive and happy to tell their story of how they came with a dream and turned it through hard work to reality. The place is magical, especially the main structure and the view from it, overlooking to the jungle and the ocean. Best sunsets…

It was a really awesome and special place to stay and it is one of the coolest hotels I have ever been too! you can see a lot of passion and love has been put into creating this unique place 🤩 The staff are also really friendly and helpful!

Unique style to the hotel, comfortable beds, owners are nice

They don’t regularly offer breakfast, you have to get on a scooter and leave for town for that. There was a power outage literally every day (which seams to be normal on this island). While other places use generators to bridge the outages we were left with no WiFi, cold showers, no AC and one battery light. While the owner told us this will be fixed in the near future by installing solar panels, this is not acceptable for the price we paid. We were offered a complementary breakfast to make up for it, but in the end had to pay for our mango shakes ourself, since the breakfast only covered a coffee and a panini and not the mango juice. Another thing is that they charge extra for a lot of things, like a comforter or getting our towel changed before the third night. We rented a scooter for three days and wanted to return it at night time, but no one was at the reception. While we didn’t wanted to leave the scooter with keys and helmet unattended, we returned the scooter first thing in the morning (8am). They tried to charge us a fourth day. To be fair they took of the extra day when we complained, still added to the feeling that they try to make money of everything.

The room was very unique. The bathroom and shower were outside, feeling like the middle of jungle but very clean. The staff were so nice, they helped us making our day plan go around islands.

We liked everything. If they have a beach towel for a beach trip and more water pressure for the shower, it would be great.

It’s the best hotel I have ever stayed in SEA. Design, architecture, hospitality… Just wow wow wow. Don’t hesitate to come here! Craig and Charlene also give you amazing tips how to experience the island in the best way, even if you short in time! We left speechless and recommend it to everyone!

If you mind that some insects are around maybe it’s not for you. But come on, it’s a jungle!

Yes, just one. None of the solar lights worked in my garden area. So i didnt get to enjoy that area.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The owners and staff were super friendly, the treehouse/reception was beautiful and a great place to relax and the dome was stunning. It was bigger than expected, the outside bathroom was fabulous, and the room was very comfortable. They also thought of every small touch eg sliders for the bathroom, coffee for the room etc. Loved the focus on being eco friendly too!

Probably one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! Everything is super clean, since the property is in a "jungle", you'd expect bugs and insects, but Jungle KingDomes is absolutely clean! Facilities are really nice, wifi is fast, owners are so lovely, staff are very accommodating 💛

We rented a car during our stay in the island, it's a little hard to park inside the property bec the parking space is a little tight 😅 But if you're renting a scooter, no worries at all! Parking is very safe too.
