Beautiful Townhouse in the Three Cities

Beautiful accommodations, a peaceful setting, historic towns within easy reach, and convenient access by foot, bus, or car. The area features charming streets that are perfect for strolling, as well as museums and beaches. The spacious accommodations are in a stone house; the outdoor seating area by the kitchen is great, and the evening lighting is beautiful. Snorkeling masks are available.

Well, the bigger room isn't exactly well-ventilated. I'd add another large pot—so I can cook with friends when I buy something at the market—at least one more. Probably a towel and swimsuit drying rack too.

Appartement rénové avec goût dans un immeuble ancien. Ameublement et décoration de qualité. L'ensemble a du cachet. Literie et linge de maison confortables. La salle d'eau qui est entre les 2 chambres est d'une bonne dimension et la douche est récente, avec une bonne pression. La disposition des pièces est originale avec une mini kitchenette donnant sur le patio, lui même séparé du hall d'entrée par un rideau. Les murs sont épais ce qui doit être appréciable en été. La personne qui gère l'appartement a été très réactive (petit soucis vite pris en compte). Gentille attention du voisin du dessus qui nous a laissé un paquet de biscuits dans le hall (l'immeuble semble être occupé par peu de gens et la disposition des pièces et l'ouverture du patio ne nous a pas posé de problème). Enfin, l'emplacement est agréable. Proche des quais vivants de Birgu mais dans un quartier calme.

La porte de la plus petite chambre donne sur le hall d'entrée et sa fenêtre donne sur la rue. Elle est donc moins bien insonorisée que la chambre/salon principale en retrait. Une fenêtre avec double vitrage serait préférable même si la rue n'est pas passante nous avons entendu le bruit de travaux et de personnes parlant fort dès 6h30. La grande chambre sent l'humidité car il n'y a pas de système d'aération ni de fenêtres hormis la porte elle-même qui ouvre sur le petit patio (il y a bien un puits de lumière dans la partie salon mais il ne s'ouvre pas)

Extremely well maintained and very carefully and tastefully designed apartment. Super clean and great location.

The kitchen was quite a bit of a disappointment super small, completely not usable to prepare anything for a group of four. Also seating arrangement for breakfast/lunch/dinner way too small. Hardly enough space to sit there with four people.

The location was very nice and if we would come again to Malta we would still choose Cospicua

We took the taxi transfer offered by Quaint Town House, so to get to the flat and, upon departure, to the airport was absolutely easy. We got plenty of clear-cut information about check-in details and staff at the office was very nice, patient and helpful when we had to reschedule our departure. Also, it had been really reassuring that the booking process went on smoothly, we got detailed answers to all our questions.

There wasn't anyhing that could be improved, everything was perfect. We went to visit our son who lived nearby, and we loved the quiet district where people seemed to know each other. It was nice to have a chat we the locals in the shops or at the market.
