the price

the water heater is not working. floor is sticky. the free car park validation needs to be done at reception lobby each time is not convenient

"Everything is okay!"

Although I didn’t enjoy and use the facilities, but overall all good. Weather is very very cozy on the top hill.

Just wrong information, message was told me check in at Jade Tower which is Grand Ion Delemen, but the staff told us our booking is at Grand Ion Majestic, which is not walkable to reach there and need to drive about 500 meter.
