Останавливались в Жетысу Отель на недельку— остались очень довольны! В отеле очень чисто, всё аккуратно и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить администратора Аллу — очень вежливая, доброжелательная и внимательная к гостям. Нам всё понравилось, обязательно с дочкой вернёмся ещё!

It was clean, facilities/equipment in the apartment was working

We couldn't check in the room that we booked, because previous guests decided to prolong their stay. We were downgraded to another room. That wasn't very pleasant tbh. Everything else was fine

Очень отзывчивый персонал. Чистота в номере практически идеальная! Есть все для комфортного проживания, и что немаловажно - удобная кровать.

не помешало бы наличие телевизора в номере.
