Luxury one bedroom apartment

Beautiful and clean apartment, great location and facilities.

The access card didn’t work properly so I had to continuously bother security.

The photos are exactly what you get ! Lovely apartment but definatley cannot be listed as LUXURY.. there was no ironing board, the owner did deliver one on day 2 of our stay... no toaster, I was was advised to use the George Foreman Grill, hence we bought our own as we were staying 5 days...no hangers in the wardrobe, again we bought our own ! The unit has one small square fan, no aircon, again we purchased a pedestal fan for the bedroom. There is a hairdryer available but no round adaptor to use said hairdryer, again we had to purchase our own. It is rather off putting to find several cupboards with the owners personal belongings... when renting an apartment I expect to rent the entire apartment not 85%... the Unit is in an area where there is a lot of Construction on going which starts a 6am daily, this should have been communicated on the advert.

The bed was comfortable.

There was no tea, coffee or milk. I am a senior person and battled to get my luggage up the stairs. The door onto the balcony did not open. I was unable to watch TV as the code to Netflix was not available. It is a difficult site to find. I had a real problem with Uber finding me. Four drivers cancelled. I eventually had to walk to security and one of the officers assisted me.
