"Very good"

Fantastic location, easy walk to the train station. Great café downstairs.

Only having one set of keys to the property was inconvenient. Two sets of keys should be provided.

"We Love St Ives but will not return to this apartment."

Location is fabulous, didn't need to use the car, Fantastic atmosphere and lovely food. Fully fitted apartment. Incredible sea view, Comfortable beds.

When we arrived there was No keys in the keysafe so I phoned the 1st contact and she didn't know what to do , second contact put us on hold and didn't return Phoned again and the third person was brilliant. Then the cleaner turned up and also didn't have a key so the key had to come from Penzance. When the key arrived the apartment needed to be cleaned. We were outside for 3 hours the plus another hour for the apartment to be cleaned. The Cleaner was exceptional. Many Stairs to apartment not good for persons with poor mobility. Expensive.
