"Photos were deceiving. Left after 5 mins and went next door to book in at the Premier Inn"

Nothing

Too small. Not enough room for 5 people! Car park unsafe. Stairs too steep. Fresh tea coffee milk supplies not provided. Photo deceiving.

The location was good and it had everything that was detailed, it was clean and tidy.

The late notification of the change of key code for the front door key wasn't ideal, a text as well as an email would have been helpful. Other than that, apart from being unable to work out how to turn up the heating (there were no instructions and it was a fairly chilly night) everything was good
