Spotlessly clean, very spacious, thoughtful details e.g. toys for the children, free tea & coffee

A later check out at 11am would be appreciated as 10am is a little early with needing to sort breakfast and get packed up

The house was spotless on arrival, warm and cosy. Didn’t need to clean a thing…it was spotless. Very comfortable downstairs. Massive kitchen. Plenty of seating available. Soft beds, 2 showers, dog friendly. Peaceful during the night.

Lack of parking was the only let down. Unable to park outside the house. Had to park in neighbouring streets but not the end of the world. The radiator heating went off before we left so a cold departure but again, not the end of the world.
