Serenity Riad with Breakfast

It’s gorgeous. You are right in the old narrow streets of Marrakesh. Truly authentic and exciting. Despite being cautious when we arrived we soon relaxed and felt very safe in the area. The locals around the Riad were lovely. Breakfast was prepared with care by Hajiba. She was delightful. Always smiling and such a lovely natured lady. We had everything we needed. The Riad is comfortable and clean and we loved it.

We did have a problem with the drains in one bedroom being smelly. The housekeeper did put a cleaner down but it didn’t work for long. We found a solution ourselves by putting cling film over the shower outlet when not in use and that worked.

I can’t speak about the house keeper Hajiba enough, she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. She made our stay here so much more special. The Riad is located in the heart of Medina, walking distance from all the best spots. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Riad. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the place was. It looked exactly like the pictures (if not better!), with stunning details, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything so thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot but just a short walk to all the local sights, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Simon in person, he was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to look after us. From organizing smooth airport transfers to sharing brilliant local tips and recommendations, Simon made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and helpful, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be returning to this Riad the next time we visit. We look forward to visiting Simon’s other Riad’s and will definitely be recommending this Riad to other friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

There was nothing we didn’t like. A suggestion would be having a second key available for those big groups in which some like to stay out late and some do not with kids.

Oh es war einfach unglaublich magisch und schön. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Waren mitten drin und konnten wunderbar alles erlaufen.

Beautiful! As immaculate as looked in the pics, Hajiba who came in to do breakfast each day was lovely, friendly and kind. Owner was very helpful. Perfect location.

We love the fact that we had the whole building to ourselves and the rooms were big enough to share . The pool is the best part of this place it was clean and so cold and I jumped in the pool every minute I get.

The amenities were not fixed properly. First of all the electricity on the first floor kept tripping and this was happening so frequently that almost every time we had to check the circuit box to turn the light back on. Also the sink in the room was blocked and it took time for the water to go down and same with the bathroom. Also the cleaner didn’t clean the room everyday like they said when we were booking and the towels were not changed everyday. Also the main door the key kept jamming and it was so difficult to remove it and it delayed us from going out most times. I really hope they fix all these.
