Langwith House

Surrounding area was quiet which was great. Easy access to apartment Good communication from hosts. Nicely decorated kitchen/ dining/living area. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Could do with a mirror in each bedroom.

Double bed wasn't comfortable, too soft. Bedroom curtains let in light.

The location was great and it was spotless. Even a Christmas Tree up which was a nice touch. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend again. It’s close to a Premier Inn and for a combined group process it’s better value and more amenities, kitchen etc

The apartment was close to the city centre, this meant we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with two bathrooms. We knew it didn’t have parking but there was a public car park a short walk away.

The entrance to the building door was very stiff, resulting in it needing to be pulled or pushed very hard. The bedrooms would have benefited from some drawers we could have put our clothes (wardrobes had duvets etc in).

A beautiful apartment, plenty of space. Great for a friend's get away and great location. Will definitely book again. Thank you

There was a bright light on all night, right outside the window of the main bedroom- recommend taking an eye pillow!

Wardrobe in Bed 1 full of mattresses/doonas for living room couches so no hanging space and no other shelves or storage. Could at least have a rack for suitcase. Needs a ledge or shelf in shower.

Location, comfortable beds and good shower. WiFi worked well. Spacious for two people. The smoke alarm in the outside corridor was constantly beeping when we arrived but it was fixed by the next day. The staff were very helpful. The instruction book was helpful. Quiet apartment and neighbourhood.

Finding Langwith house was difficult as the instructions were incorrect. From the Magdalen Road car park we were instructed to take the steps leading to the crossing and find the diagonal path to the side of the white building. This was not correct. The other end of the car park has a ramp ( not steps) that leads to the crossing and diagonal path. The ramp is next to the entrance where you drive in with a car. As a result we arrived at Langwith House to find a lot of key boxes, but not ours. Fortunately we were early enough to ask advice from a very helpful young woman in an office who told us that we were at the rear of Langwith and our key was in a box at the front door. There is no parking on site and the car park is five minutes away and daily costs are high. The bedroom wardrobes were filled with linen and household products so there was nowhere to hang clothes. Surprisingly there wasn’t a recycling bin in the apartment or in the outside main refuse area. The large Magdalen road car park has no EV charger. The deposit hasn’t been returned so far.

Really great apartment. Well equipped with Everything you could need. Location is lovely, nice quiet spot. Super close to the city centre for shopping etc.
