Very clean good location

Having to vacate by 10am. 11 would be a much better time especially as we were staying with children. Car parking is expensive and a long way to carry from the car, didn’t realise or know until after that we could pull up closer to unload.

Excellent location and very pleasant apartment. Suited us down to the ground for our visit to Exeter.

Mattress in double bed a bit too soft for our liking.

Spacious, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to city centre.

Minor points, espresso machine would be nice and albeit we did not stay in much TV too small for size of apartment.

Very handy for the cathedral. Beautifully furnished with plenty of room for us - well-equipped - everything we needed. We used the recommended car park & this worked well for us.

Paying extra for a baby cot Poor soundproofing of building, either that or there's a balerina tap dancing elephant living in apartment above, went on for hours & even into the night. It woke up 4 adults a baby & toddler
