Rooftop Delight with Terrace

Rooftop terrace was excellent - enjoyed it each day at various times - always very nice to be outside and view Lucca. Bedroom, kitchen, living area all very nice. Nice to have a clothes washer. Was a little concerned, because no pictures of bathroom were included with property overview - bathroom is good and I’d recommend including photos of bathroom. Great apartment !

Other people have mentioned it, it’s up many flights of stairs, 82 totals steps to apartment.

Great apartment for our needs in great position. Street parking is right next to entrance, but sometimes it was hard to find parking spot. Right around corner there is a library that sells fresh croissants in the morning. Entrance to the old town is very close. You can reach the railway station also very easily, incase you want to make a day trip to Pisa etc. Terrace is awesome and we enjoyed it a lot. Kitchen is fully equipped and fridge has a freezer in which one can prepare ice cubes. Apartment was very clean and professionally prepared and the messaging with the (company/employee) host was direct, pleasant and fast. Key to apartment is located in a box close to the entrance and access is easy.

There are lots of stairs as this is a rooftop apartment and turning on the lights in the hallway is a bit tricky. We were also missing salt and pepper.

It is a gem of a property for adults or older children. The location is very good. The apartment was so clean and welcoming.

All ok for us- given the twisty stairs up to the terrace, it would not be for young children or anyone with mobility issues but it was very good for our family of four!

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space, roof terrace.

Banged head going onto roof terrace as you need to bend down. Three flights of stairs may be a challenge for some.

Great location and a beautiful outdoor area

Best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Location is excellent as is Christina. Great recommendations for dinner. Apartment is close to the train station and the main bus stops so great if using Lucca as a base. It’s also just through the wall from the town centre and the best areas for eating in the evening. We loved everything about this place great facilities and great character.

Nothing was excellent exceeded all our wishes.

Good location, nice facilities inside flat.

Spiral staircase dangerous. Terrace too hot to sit without cover from sun and parasols supplied were very dangerous.
