AUWhilst the location great - the house was old and dirty. It was really only 2 sleepable rooms as the lower room was musky and the bathroom was almost unusable due to the mosquitoes and dampness. The pool was a bit dirty although usable. The facilities are there (kitchen, multiple bathrooms, multiple living rooms) and location was great. House keeping was okay but I’ve had better in other villas.

there were a lot of insects outside and inside! we had a problem with hot water in showers! generally villa needs the renovation(
AUThis property was massive and looks better in person than in the photos, a great property that probably needs a little maintenance but overall it was a beautiful villa. Great for a big group and you really feel like you have your own quarters. The bedrooms are all spread out and seperate which we enjoyed and the living areas were really neat! I wouldn’t stay here with a young family though as there are a few safety concerns but great for an adult group!
The staff was lovely, they were always there and lived out in the garage. They were helpful and gave us a nice welcome. Friendly enough. There is construction around and property is hard to find but we didn’t hear any noise and there’s security around so you feel safe.
AUThe villa is super spacious and perfect for a group of 6. We loved the pool area to relax around and there was an amazing view out to the jungle and the ocean from the balcony. There is filtered water available and the rooms stay really cool at night even without the air conditioning or fans. A short 10 minute walk away from shops and incredible restaurants with delicious food.
There is a little bit of construction noise around but it didn’t bother us, as it wasn’t loud. The showers have terrible water pressure and you have to fiddle with them to get the temperature right.
AUAUWow, what a beautiful house, location is awesome, the view, the gardens the pool all exceptional. The staff were always discreet and friendly. Security out the front. We Loved staying here , didn't want to leave.
There is construction right next door, but we knew that when we booked. A bit of noise through the day but nothing to bad.
