"Slightly disappointing"

Good location

Travelling with a baby and had requested a travel cot but was told 2 days before this was no longer available to had to make our own arrangements. Large generator outside the bedroom window which was noisy and gave out quite a bit of heat - meant we had to keep the windows shut despite it being a very hot weekend! No air con or fans. Lots of steps up to the apartment. Not an issue just to mention when traveling with children/ prams etc

"Great place for families."

Loved the location, loads to do in the area, super close to Harry Potter Studio. Great eateries around. Fully equipped for cooking, and everything was comfortable and clean. The owner was super, and really responsive

One single thing, the single bed sofa wasn't the most comfy, but manageable.for a few nights.
