Overall it was good

Amenities were missing. I booked for 2 guests.Toiletries were not there. Mini bar was totally empty. No water bottles were there. Nothing.

The atmosphere was soothing

The food is horrible. The kitchen is worse than a nightmare.

The property is simply amazing. Huge facility with a great gym, amazing pool, billiards room, cigar lounge, executive lounge and all complimentary. Breakfast was good but not great. our main intent of coming was to play golf and the golf course was amazing. The executive room was very spacious and modern. The whole facility is new, extremely huge and very modern. i think all the rooms have a breath taking view of the gold course.

The management really needs to focus on maintaining such a huge property. I said this to them personally and i will write it down here so that they take it seriously. Such a massive set up requires extra attention to detail in terms of maintaining the property especially the rooms. My room had dear insects in all the corners of the rooms which means during sweeping its not being done thoroughly. the balcony was full of mud and spiders and spider webs. the balcony chairs were full in dirt hence could not even think about sitting on them. the couch had a cigarette burn. Now since it's burnt and very visible why not change the tapestry. The bathroom was dirty since the sanitary had rust, the shower glass was full of water stains that needs to be cleaned every single day. The massage was very disappointing as it was not professional at all. i think their professional masseuse were not available and they gave me an unprofessional one who did not have any experience. However, the staff did accept their mistake and apologised so its okay. Nonetheless, besides the minor shortcomings i would still come again because the property was simply amazing!

What I liked most about the hotel was its environment and overall ambiance. I stayed in an Executive Suite, which was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The room offered a beautiful view, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay.

What I did not like was the valet parking service and a lack of attention to guest privacy. This is a five-star hotel, and after traveling a long distance, I was surprised to learn that valet parking was unavailable because the only valet attendant was absent due to illness. In my opinion, a hotel of this standard should have backup staff available. As a result, I had to park my car myself at a considerable distance and walk back to the hotel, which was disappointing. The reception experience was pleasant, and Imran at the front desk was professional and courteous during check-in. However, a few hours later, while I was resting in my room, a room service staff member rang the doorbell despite my room being marked “Do Not Disturb.” This was particularly frustrating because the purpose of using the DND sign is to avoid interruptions. Although the staff member came to collect a bill of PKR 3,000, the interruption disturbed my sleep, and I was unable to rest again afterward. Considering that I paid PKR 22,000 for the room, I expected a more peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Apart from these issues, everything else was satisfactory. I believe the hotel should improve its valet parking arrangements and provide additional staff training regarding guest privacy and “Do Not Disturb” policies.

Three things to be added. Black curtains to avoid sunshine. Add dressing table for family Improve food quality and check food prices.

The architecture. Room size and view. Cleanliness. Staff behavoour

Drain leaky in the washroom. No fresh fruit in the room service menu, since its a staple with kids. No activitu spacw for kids. Suana and massage is mentioned, dont exist. Ladies swimingpool was locked and no attendant was present. No wallet after 10, one has to go all the way to the parking around 200 meters away from room in the middle of the night.
