1. The shower is designed not well. The floor does not has proper gradient of slope, so after using the shower the floor everywhere is wet

beach front with good breakfast and clean rooms relatively close to main area

the over bath shower was too low and changed from original layout

Nagyon kellemes meglepetés volt a szálloda.Rendkívül tiszta,gondozott környezet,a növényzet a szálloda területén fantasztikus.A medence hőmérséklete tökéletes.Az étterem ételkínálata fantasztikus,nagyon jó a konyha,bármit fogyasztottunk,hibátlan volt!A kiszolgáló személyzet,rendkívűli,osztályon felüli.Nem tudok negatív dolgot említeni!

Personeel wederom super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer goed gegeten op de locatie.

Enige wat ik niet prettig vond, was dat er in het overkapte restaurant gedeelte gerookt mag worden. Roken is prima, maar dan niet in een ontbijt/ lunch of diner ruimte.

Schöne Anlage

Im Zimmer kein Spiegel, im Badezimmer lediglich eine Wanne, wenn geduscht wird, steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Nur 2 große Duschtücher. Keine kleinen Handtücher

100% the staff, they all do their best to make you happy, always have a smile and ready to help when needed. Very friendly.

We were really disappointed with our stay at Lovina Haven in Lovina. The staff is amazing, but the hotel itself feels more like a 3-star than anything close to a 5-star. The restaurant food is mediocre and barely local, and the breakfast is super basic with no real flavor. On top of that, we were woken up every morning at 4:30am by the mosque right next door. Being in a “5-star” hotel and getting earplugs as a solution is honestly ridiculous, even after changing rooms to try to get a bit farther away. And as a final goodbye, since the hotel charges extra for pretty much everything, we even got an extra bill at checkout for a bit of sand on a hand towel… seriously? Overall, this hotel is a big no-go for us. The staff is fantastic, but the place is nowhere near a real 5-star, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

Personeel

Przepięknie położony hotel nad samym morzem z dużym i czystym basenem. Bardzo dobra obsługa, starała się dogodzić. Na śniadaniach ogromny wybór. Recepcja piękna. Jedzenie w restauracji całkiem dobre. W związku z problemem w naszym pokoju otrzymaliśmy upgrate na resztę pobytu do villi. I naprawdę polecam ville z widokiem na morze. Są bardzo wygodne i przestronne a sprzątanie jest dwa razy dziennie (jak ktoś potrzebuje).

Pokoje miały trochę stare wyposażenie a zwłaszcza łazienki (jak na hotel 5 gwiazdowy). Na Bali w innych miejscach za mniej gwiazdek było dużo lepiej. W ośrodku był problem z komarami. W pokojach z balkonami jest bardzo głośno od ulicy i od korytarza, drzwi są nieszczelne i słychać dosłownie wszystko, każdy przejeżdżający samochód i każdego gościa. Jak ktoś lubi cisze to polecam pokoje z wejściem od ogrodu albo wille.
