IN Budapest Apartments Hotel

Apartment was large and clean, all necessary appliances were available, air conditioning worked well.

When you get to the hotel you see a closed gate with the hotel logo upon it and you have no idea how to get through. There are some buttons near the gate which I believe can be used to call to the apartments, but there is no button with a "reception" sign or anything like that. Even if you manage to pass through (for example, some other people are entering and you go with them), it doesn't help - you still don't know where to go cause there are no any "reception" signs in the inner territory. The only way to get your keys is to go to booking app, find there a manager's phone number and call him. Then he comes, opens the gate, goes with you to his office in the cellar and check you in. That is not convenient and is a little bit stressful - especially after a long trip in a hot weather. Also, even though the apartment itself was good, the stairs to the second floor of the apartment were a little bit too steep. Elderly people will hardly manage to get up and down.

We had a great stay at these apartments, we mainly stayed here so we could have a room each and the price for 3 separate bedrooms was very reasonable. The staff were excellent and quickly responded to all our questions and requests throughout our stay. The local was very good for us as we wanted a mix of tourist spots and bars. The air con was great and a lifesaver.

Our only suggestion would be to have a couple more mirrors in the property as a group of girls we could have done with more :)

Parking is a bit expensive, and the area is dirty due to ongoing renovation work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size and well distributed. The beds were very very comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit too small and so was the shower. It worked out but it was hard to not make a mess with the water.

very warm welcome , the host took care about us from landing in Budapest till end of the last day, he was always at our disposal and answered to any request. appartament is new, even if it's basic, there is all what you can need.
