Donna Luisa-Catania Charming

Very well-kept, clean and well-equipped structure. Shiny bathroom, very spacious, soft and scented towels. Bathroom courtesy kit offered by the structure. Excellent location right in the center. It was pleasant and surprising to find some gifts in the refrigerator for us. Nancy was available to let us in before check-in because the room was already clean and available, we appreciated it very much. We will return to Catania and will stay, without a doubt, in Donna Luisa. Fantastic.

We knew it was on the 4th floor with no elevator, but that wasn't a problem.

We had a really good time. The apartment is very comfortable with a comfortable terrace where we spent our afternoon relaxing moments observing the Etna mountain from the city, very suggestive. Thank you Nancy for making us feel at home, thank you for your welcome gifts, we appreciated them very much. See you soon.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was clean and exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was a good location and had a great view of Mount Etna. There was a generous welcome pack of snacks and drinks. Keyless entry via an emailed link was good.

We were only told after booking that the apartment was on the fourth floor with no lift. Would be problematic for anyone with mobility problems or unable to carry their luggage a fair distance. We also had messages daily from the owner. A single message on arrival or detailed welcome pack in the apartment would have been sufficient.

Cozy apartment with beautiful terrace on the imposing Etna. In the morning it was wonderful to wake up and have coffee and see the mountain in all its splendor. The landlady Nancy was very helpful, kind and friendly. Bathroom and house very clean, very large shower. Many welcomes in the refrigerator and in the kitchen. Thank you for the welcome provided. We will recommend to our friends.

Well decorated and modern and clean. Our host was lovely very quick to respond to any queries we had. Provided lots of extra supplies not usually provided. Good location close to lots of restaurants and cafes and bars.

Perfect flat for a long weekend in catania. Great location. Host Nancy was super friendly and helpful and left some lovely goodies for us which was very much appreciated. Comfy bed and good shower.

Just be aware up 4 flights of stairs. Was fine for us as we had packed light.

Lovely apartment- very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with all you need. The terrace and views to Etna are a great bonus. The host was attentive and communicated well to make sure we got in ok and all was good once there. The welcome pack was amazing - such a treat, especially after our journey to get there.
