"Good value for money, a few quirks"

This property suited us very well, as we wanted to stay somewhere close to Greenwich, and we were arriving by car and there is an off-road parking space. There is no EV charger but we found a fast charger 5 Km away at Esso Charlton. For getting into London there is Elizabeth Line (Abbey Wood), which is a frequent and quite fast service (but 2 Km from the property so factor in a bus journey or long-ish walk). The apartment itself is a converted garage with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bed is king-size and was quite comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were adequate. Good wifi. Overall, it was good value for money.

No major problems but a few minor issues, which I think could easily be addressed. There is a security risk, in that the front porch is shared with the main house, which seems to be occupied by several tenants. When I locked the front door, it would not be long before someone else would unlock it and leave it unlocked. This means that there is only an interior door to the outside. This door can be locked but it's just a simple lock, not a full mortice/deadlock. The bathroom conversion does not have any ventilation. I'm pretty sure that bathroom ventilation is a requirement of building regs. This was not a major issue while we were staying there but over time could cause damp and mould. When we arrived, the towels were clean but still wet. And the towels from the previous tenant were being washed in the washing machine. We were there for 3 days and those towels stayed in the washing machine all that time, as there is no space or rack on which to hang them. Perhaps the cleaner could take the dirty linen away to clean it and bring it back dry? Lastly, there is too much furniture in the room for the available space. My recommendation: remove the sofa, coffee table, etc. and push the bed towards the window. This would create some space at the kitchen end of the room, where you could put a small dining table and two chairs. It would make the room less cluttered and would be a better use of the space. If those issues could be addressed, this would be a very nice place to stay.

nice cosy apartment. No noise, quiet residential real, parking in from yard. Nice kitchen with all the facilities

Sheet were worn out , Old Mattress. Room was not clean on arrival. Had to wait over an hour before cleaner came

I love the cute studio. Just what we needed. And the place is accessible to many places. Bus stops were so close and Abbey Wood Station was a walking distance

There was renovation going on in the house next to ours so it was sometimes disturbing
