המתחם מרווח עם תחושת פרטיות גדולה, זוג אופניים הועמד לרשותנו בחינם, המתחם קרוב יחסית לחופים המבודדים של ארסוס, החדר מרווח, בעלי הבית אמנם היו רחוקים אך מאד קשובים לכל בקשותינו בהתכתבות טלפונית שלעתים לקחה זמן עד למילוי הבקשה.

לא נקי מספיק, מזרן מיטה ישן מאד ולא נוח, חדר אמבטיה ישן מאד, ללא שטיח לניגוב מים ברצפת חדר האמבטיה, אסלה ישנה ובלי סדינים ומגבות ספייר להחלפה. אין מטאטא או מגב קרוב לחדר על מנת לנקות הרצפה כשחוזרים מהים, הריצוף במרפסת עם כתמים אכול מלח וולא צל כך שלא כיף לשהות בחוץ, אין מספיק נייר טוואלט, אין אופציה לבשל בחדר אפילו לא חביתה, אם חסר משהו כמו מגבת או נייר טואלט צריך לשבור את הראש או לבקש טובה משכנים שאתה לא מכיר כי אין איש תחזוקה שצמוד למקום ואין עמדת קבלה. נדמה שהמתחם כולו מעט מוזנח למרות הכוונות הטובות של בעל הבית שנמצא רחוק מאד ומנסה לנהל הכל בשלט רחוק והשיא- לחדר יש מפתח המחובר לכרטיס חשמל, זאת אומרת שברגע שאתה יוצא מהחדר עם המפתח אין חשמל ולכן אם נמצאים עם שותף לחדר אין אפשרות לקחת מפתח כשיוצאים בנפרד,כי יש רק אחד. במקרה שלי רציתי לצאת מהחדר ושותפתי נשארה לנוח בצהרי ביום ובוודאי שהיתה צריכה להשאר עם חשמל, מצד שני, ידעתי שאם אשאיר לה מפתח אצטרך להעיר אותה כשאחזור ולכן לא היתה ברירה אלא להפריד את המפתח מהכרטיס . לצערי המפתח הקטנטן הלך לאיבוד ןאז כשבקשתי חדש ננזפתי מאד על ידי נציגו של בעל הבית. כל הסצינה הזו יכלה להימנע אם הם היו פשוט מספקים 2 סטים של מפתחות. חייבת לציין שבעל הבית התנצל מאד בפניי, בשם נציגו.

Close to the beach. Quite area with garden. Very good price for the location.

Needs some renovation.

Propriétaires adorables et très belle vue, c'est hyper agréable d'être un peu à l'écart du village, surtout quand on peut se déplacer avec leurs vélos ! A noter que nous avons eu la chance d'être dans une des chambres refaites, qui sont nettement mieux que les anciennes.

La salle de bain pourrait également être refaite à l'occasion et le ménage mieux fait, mais ça n'est pas très important.

Old facilities, poor quality. The bathroom was terrible, there is no actual bathtub or shower.

I really loved the location (quiet, serene, 10 min walk to the beach) and the room's terace view to the back garden and mountains. You just forget about the world! The hosts were very nice and generous. They upgraded my room and also offered me some of the own produce (lovely olive oil and eggs)! The room was great with all ammenities necessary to cook too (I just had to ask for some extra cooking equipment). This was my second time staying here and if I come back to Eressos, I will book here again. Lovely experience

The porch, the yard, the quiet.

The bathroom was too small and old, none of the doors was closing properly. The windows were old and clunky and we couldn't keep them open at night because there was no window screen. Had to sleep with the AC on, which was unnecessary considering the pleasant weather.

Good location. Also clean room.

Not all rooms are renovated as the photos indicate.. so we were staying in a room that not even the bathroom door could close… we requested a double bed in the selection thought we got two single beds. The windows could not completely close and they were making a lot of noise due to air.

Very friendly staff and family (owners) overall.

1. There are several room in the property. Some are fully renovated and some are not. The pictures on the website only depict the renovated ones. We unfortunately stayed in one of the old ones, even thought we expected a renovated one, and it was not a pleasant experience. The front door didn’t lock, the bathroom door did not close and did not lock either, the AC unit was really old making it useless, the mattresses were really uncomfortable, there was too much light in the morning, and the apartment was very hot overall. Would definitely not choose to stay in those again. If you book make sure to ask for the renovated ones which are the same price but as we understood is 1st come 1st serve.

small ant problem, but dealt with by staff when cleaning and given spray to use in the room.
