Had an amazing time there. The location is really good and people always gather around at the bar to have a great time, share experiences and have fun. The staff is also great! Felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. An Silvester ist das Personal mit uns zur Water Front gegangen und haben auf alle Gäste geachtet, dass niemand verloren ging und darauf geachtet, dass alle safe waren. Die Lage ist gut mit relativ sicherer Gegend tagsüber, laufen zur Wanter Front, restaurant sowie supermarket ist kein Problem.

Die Toiletten sind auf " auf dem Gang" und haben nur eine Holztür,die oben und unten offen ist. Wenn jemand Nachts auf Klo geht,konnte jeder im hostel hören welche Art von Geschäft erledigt wurde.

Great location, friendly staff, great atmosphere, good facilities. All round great value.

We arrived new years eve so were welcomed by the barman Hanz. He was totally trashed, welcomed us with "you're late", despite me messaging from the airport to say we had been delayed in passport control and would be late, I pointed this out and he groaned at me. Kept pushing us to drink alcohol, despite us explaining were not drinking, disappeared from the bar for so long that guests had to go looking for him and made quite a few racially charged comments, despite being in the company of black and mixed race guests. But please dont let this reflect badly on the place as a whole, every other staff member were incredible - friendly, attentive and truly welcoming.

To share a room with women, one of the women was not very clean, so the room did had a little smell... I know is backpackers and you are sharing things... but I just respect women's privacy, and I expect women to respect my pricacy. But nonetheless I had a great time.
