QAHad to wait 2 hours to get in the room. Within 30 minutes of being in the room we found 4 cockroaches Electric shower didn't work as the pipe is leaking so had to have cold shower No iron in the room and specified but there was a steam iron which had a electric plug the didn't fit any of the wall sockets, when I complained I was told we had to buy an adaptor...??? Eventually an adaptor was provided free. There was no notification of PHP1,000 security deposit per room that was requested on arrival. We checked out early at 8.00am as we had a long drive ahead but had to wait almost 30 mins for the security deposit to be refunded.
