Nette kamer en fijn bed. Klein balkonnetje met een stoel.

Contact met de eigenaar was niet zo prettig en de foto's op de booking site zijn van een algemene ruimte en horen niet bij de kamer. Je mag als gast geen gebruik maken van het keukentje en de locatie was even schrikken bij aankomst in het donker. Helaas maar 1 stoel op het balkon. Vaak geen warm water in de douche.

Struttura centralissima, stanza pulita e host Fabiana molto gentile e disponibile

位置靠近繁华地段，有空调，房东和服务人员很好。早餐很不错。

隔音不是很好，房间较小，浴室有些发霉的味道。 没有电梯，如果带着重行李提上楼梯会很吃力。

La struttura è in centro in una via laterale, ma che consente in cinque minuti di arrivare a Maqueda. La sorella che ci ha preparato la colazione è squisita, gentilissima. La camera è pulita e appena ristrutturata.

Ho trovato un po’ freddino interloquire con la proprietaria solo vis whatsapp sen a sentirci al telefono, sembra un po’ come interagire con l’intelligenza artificiale, il che contrasta con il calore del Sud. In ogni caso non c’è problema. Nella struttura mi sono trovata benissimo e sono stati tutti gentili.

De locatie is midden in de oude stad, dichtbij het Theater en de Kathedraal. Ook dichtbij de grote winkelstraat en terrassen.

The location was central to a number of sites and excellent eateries. We were allowed to access the room before check-in time.

Firstly, there is no internet. It is not bad, there simply is NO INTERNET AT THE PROPERTY. There is also no one at the property...you ring WhatsApp numbers to gain access to the property and you deal with people from remote locations. Apparently there is someone there early morning to prepare breakfast but we had a very early flight. Unlike most other rooms in Italy, there is no access to a coffee machine with pods and there are no breakfast snacks at the ready. Early morning exit means you get nothing. Even if you are around for breakfast, they have signs indicating that another cup of coffee is charged at 80 cents, left luggage is charged at 5 euros etc. When advised that the internet was not working, the person we spoke to said it was a breakdown and that the internet company had been contacted...they could do nothing more. Comments about unusable internet go back weeks if not months. No internet is very limiting especially when younare about to change country and have things to do. Told to pay city tax electronically...I pointed out that could not pay electronically as had no access to banking due to no internet. I could not even check mh booking receipts for money paid etc. When sent copy of receipt to wife's mobile, i agreed to pay the tax but insisted staff member come to collect payment and give change. She did not seem to want to make the effort that that involved. When asked her repeatedly how she was going to compensate me gor having no internet, the staff member told me she had nothing to compensate me for. Refused to accept that no internet provision was their responsibility. Eventually she said she would pay the city tax although I suspect that was because collecting it in person was too much of an effort for her. The room was very pokey (3m by 3m), had redundant furniture taking up valuable space and was a touch shabby (broken door handles). There was little 'boutique' about it. Dead plants in planter pot on balcony.
