NXT STATION DELUXE APARTMENT

The apartment was excellent inside , everything was new and clean. He had a very pleasant stay and we would choose it again !

Great location, very clean and nice apartment equipped with everything you need.

The check-in was a bit complicated. Also, the bed was not very comfy for two people. The rest was great.

Brand spanking new apartment 5 minutes from the train station, a bunch of smart home things installed to make things easier like opening windows, blinds etc. plenty of space, everything is stocked up with supplies, not like in some airbnbs. Checkout is easy, checkin is easy, the host was nice. Honestly everything was amazing

Ac must have been serviced very recently and there is a slight smell of chloride coming off from it.

It’s close to the train station. 1 hour to Milan via train and <4 hours to Venice. I didn’t want to drive through Milan center and our place was centralized. I like that it is keyless for the entrance to the building and into the room. The bedroom was huge and if you ask him, he can turn the sofa to a bed. Bed was fine actually despite some comments from other people. It was comfy for me. The place was super clean and immaculate. Nice decent kitchen and bathroom. Has a fridge which was a plus! And A/C! Paolo was great and prompt to answer questions. He let us check-in early. There is a Central Parking about 5 minutes walk. It’s 15 euros per night. We stayed 3 nights. The good thing about this parking lot is it’s covered and they lock the place up at certain times of the night until morning. There’s about 5 metered parking stalls in front of the building and can get it if you’re lucky. Sundays are free. No biggy. Download the “easy park” app and you’ll be fine. Oh and our apartment is close to eateries!

It’s on the 4th floor. There’s a small elevator that can fit 2 people comfortably with 1 luggage each. Just FYI. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we packed light.

Beautiful modern apartment in great location. Everything was 1st class and everything that we needed was provided, couldn’t have asked for more and would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.
