NZVery nice and clean house, very modern and super spacious for our group. Nice indoor outdoor flow, rooms are big and bathrooms are very big. Kitchen is massive and nice dinning area.

Pillows were not ideal and few of them. Beds had large numbers of cushions some huge with vinyl covers Limited number of towels and flannels It was offered that the sofa bed would be made up. This consisted of one sheet folded on the couch, no pillows or other bedding supplied to make it up.
NZThe location of this property is simply perfect! It’s close to all the main attractions and easily accessible, making our stay incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear the staff put in a lot of effort to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great location with top-notch cleanliness!
NZThe layout and space of the house with excellent communication on same day booking
MYHost was very kind and house was comfortable. Ample of space and bathrooms and beds were neat and clean. No odors. Its pretty much like 4-5 start hotel stay. We cleaned up and left the house as neat as we moved in :) I will definitely stay here again with family when i visit Hamilton. 1st floor has a private room. Thank you for having us.
