The house was a good size and check in was easy. Hot tub was really nice. Nice touches in the kitchen. Bathroom was lovely.

There were no sponges or cloths for washing up in the kitchen so we had to go and buy them. The bed frames for the single beds are more suitable for children and couldn't take the weight of an adult. The frame broke with me sitting up on it and I had to repair it. The furniture wasn't the best quality. Check in was easy but annoying that only one guest could get access for the WiFi lock.

Central location Very clean Easy booking and fantastic customer service before and during the stay Amazing facilities, teens loved the hot tub Nice touch with free treats on arrival Free parking Spacious rooms and most beds very comfortable

The road noise (although I'm not sure what could be done about that). One single bed was uncomfortable for my 15 year old.

The hot tub was amazing and ready to use as soon as we got there

Being on a noisy main road. Traffics was all day till late in the evening and started again early morning

"Great holiday home for families"

The rooms were clean and welcoming and everything seemed quite new. Beds looked very inviting and the hot tub all ready to use was great.

There is quite a bit of traffic outside until late evening and then starts early morning.

"Absolutely excellent"

The property was very clean they left us gift basket including chocolates colouring pencils and books bubbles for the children and lovely bath sets for use. The beds were very comfortable. The host was absolutely excellent. The hot tub wasn’t ready on arrival but she went out of her way to ensure it was ready for use within a couple of hours and gave us a 10% discount for our troubles, location was excellent.

It was perfect nothing to report that was bad as we was on a busy road it was a little noisy in the morning period due to traffic
