"Can’t be fully relaxed in this holiday hotel."

The location is really good, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hot water stopped working for a whole night and a whole day. Need to have maintenance team to come in to fix. The door in the living room is not properly closed. The door in one of the bathrooms can’t be closed properly with broken handle. The dinning chairs are wobbly with loose crews. You need to be super cautious in the apartment in case you break anything, then you can’t claim your £200 deposit back.
