"5 star accommodation at affordable prices"

We stayed here for 3 nights, in October 2023 in Spot's Stable. The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean and everything you needed (even a dishwasher!), complimentary soap, shampoo etc. Lovely big clean towels, soft cozy bedding. Everything was just perfect, we couldn't fault a single thing. Lovely location, perfect for us visiting family in nearby Towcester. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you so much Sam for a lovely stay, it's not often you get somewhere so nice and clean, so this was just perfect!

"A peaceful and relaxing location, excellent accommodation with everything you need"

Lovely, really well appointed. Had everything you needed for stay, and ample instructions for your stay, with recommendations (a couple of which we tried out). It just happened to be the hottest weekend of the year when we stayed, so the fan was a god send! The photos of the stables in construction and of the horses were a really nice touch, and could even argue more of the story could be told!

Nothing in particular - if we were being hyper-analytical, then the TV could do with being raised a little and we couldn't figure out how to stop the towel rail in bathroom being burning hot all day!

"Fabulous short break"

The location was perfect for us, on a lovely peaceful farm. Property was clean, very comfortable and had everything to make your holiday perfect. Sam the owner was really friendly too.

"Don't think about it just book it!"

Room is much bigger than pictures show. Finished to a high quality with photos of renovation etc. Peaceful location. Great communication and help wherever necessary prior to attending. Warm welcome. Easy directions given. Recommendations for local areas too. Deers and owls seen on the two nights we stayed.
